The Russian Foreign Ministry said that Ukraine is trying to influence Russian civilian communications satellites, warn of the possibility of a response.
“The Kiev regime, with the participation of specialists from a number of foreign states, is attempting to influence Russian civilian communications satellites. This is an outrageous violation of international law,” the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement posted on the agency’s website on Wednesday.
“The Russian side has the right to respond appropriately. All the necessary opportunities for this are available,” the statement emphasizes.
